Resolved Question: can i access my trustfund account while i live in another state?

i am still 15 but my mom apparently made a trustfund account a long time ago or somthing like that. it was when i lived in california. ived lived there my whole life unti i moved to texas around 2010. im not sure what bank it is but i might be sowhere between modesto or turlock i was waondering cuz i have like 500 and i need the money for a new guitar. i know i cant get it but can my mom call them to take the money out and send it to me or does she have to physically be there to get it? please help i need that money...
