Resolved Question: Why not Turlock? Why other cities but not Turlock?

I live here in Northern California in central valley Turlock. Turlock is located in Stanislaus county and is near Modesto. Manteca another town is like 45 miles drive and is actually smaller town than Turlock and they have Kiser Permanete Medical center? I feel like very stupid living in a rich city like Turlock but we still have like one Hospital and its very simple, Just wanna know who's with me in this and is interested to expand small towns like mine?
